4 days have passed since i last stepped into SrJc. The first day i took a step in my mind was constantly wondering why do i have to attend a straight 20 pointer school but oh well, seems like my perspective of sr shifted alittle.
alright first day, played wacko for awhile and subject talks the whole day. i'm not sure if it was part of SrJc's plan to provide 5 hour long subject talks everyday to conform us to sociallising with people around us to avoid being bored or to provide us with enough infomation for us to make the inevitable decision as to subjects to take. My og (orientation group) sort of got dismissed earlier hence i was a loner for recess but anyway friendly ppl from my og came to make friends with me. My OGL (orientation group leader) which is a chinese teacher does not like me. Though i don't remember doing anything to offend her. first day, scold me for using hp, loitering around and sleeping; things students normally get tempted to do during really boring subject talks which i guess my grandma could do better.
the second day; subject talks all the way. i almost died of being bored. good thing by now i had 3 new friends to talk with. chited chated all the way till teacher come find us. Oh i got caught for having long hair? lol people around me and i was like wth? i purposely cut that "short good boy" hair style and now i'm caught for having long hair while some ah beng have long and light-goldenish dyed hair and could get away with it. i guess the DM couldn't find anything wrong with my hair so he anyhow suggest for me to cut something. While i guess other teachers who saw me leaving the hall were about to stop me from getting out of assembly.
the 3rd day, yes a friday. hm.. today's more interesting. Students on the first 2 days were like dead enthu but today, we learnt, yes we learnt, the one and only most anticipated event of the orientation - The Mass Dance, The School Song and The School Cheers. After learning all these it feels like we're part of the school now and its a really fun feeling.
i'll look forward to school if it starts at 10am and not end at 5pm =.=" but maybe ... 3am.
hm. today on sat i attended the Singapore Air Show. hm.. planes were really impressive and i missed the air show by a minute lol. anyway its really crowded and stuffy so u might want to think twice before attending this bi yearly event.
